I emailed John, he said everything I was experiencing was a hallucination...like what the actual fuck. I don’t even know if I should be going to meetings anymore if my brain goes haywire...why does it happen when I watch his videos or go to meetings...so confusing

Why does my medication stop the voices but when I go to meetings it like goes into a different hallucination...
